Shipping and Delivery

  • Express Mail: $15 CAD per carton, with an estimated transit time of approximately 3 weeks.

  • Both shipping methods include a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. However, accurate and timely updates are dependent on the third-party courier.

  • Shipping slips are available upon request.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Unopened products are returned to us in their original condition.

  • The shipping courier confirms the parcel as lost.
    We do not refund for any other circumstances.
